I am intending. What does it mean? Intention is the foundation of Deep Field Relaxation. We become our own scientists when we understand what is happening with us physiologically and neurologically during the state of intending. This understanding on its own clears the pathways and allows the nervous system to rearrange our perception of ourselves as a system connected to a bigger UNIVERSAL MIND.

The effect of intention on vagus nerve – emotions of forgiveness, expansion, desire to connect and be open even with strangers, especially at the time, when  the mode of “business as usual” is no longer available. So we can intend to move from overcoming stress=survival state to thriving=creative state, while confidently knowing that our bodies were designed to support this process physiologically.
